If you spot a bug, security vulnerability or system issue, report it immediately through official Talmorux support channels.

To use most Talmorux services you must register an account. Account opening requires accurate, complete information. Talmorux Canada reserves the right to decline registration where information is missing, contradictory or inconsistent with regulatory requirements.
Talmorux follows a structured Know-Your-Customer protocol that applies to every Talmorux investment account. You agree to provide valid government identification, proof of address and any additional verification material the Talmorux compliance team may request. Verification typically completes within one business day for standard Talmorux CA submissions.

Order routing on Talmorux operates within technical performance windows. While the Talmorux platform aims for sub-2ms execution, exact fill times depend on connectivity, liquidity and market conditions outside the platform's direct control. Talmorux will not be held liable for results attributable to such external factors.
Applicable fees are visible on your Talmorux dashboard before any transaction is confirmed. Talmorux reserves the right to adjust fee schedules with reasonable advance notice. Funding methods supported on Talmorux CA accounts are listed in the Funding section of your dashboard.
All Talmorux platform materials — including the user interface, source code, documentation, branding, marketing copy and proprietary algorithms — are owned by Talmorux or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Talmorux material without explicit written consent.
The Talmorux platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talmorux disclaims all warranties — express, implied or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Talmorux does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talmorux, its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Talmorux platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, Talmorux's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to Talmorux in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talmorux and its representatives against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Talmorux platform or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Talmorux platform shall be brought exclusively before the courts having jurisdiction in that province, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under your local law.
Talmorux may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Where the changes are material, Talmorux will notify Talmorux Canada accountholders through a platform alert or direct message. Your continued use of the Talmorux platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Talmorux. Talmorux may assign these Terms freely as part of a corporate restructuring, financing event or transfer of the Talmorux platform to a successor entity, provided that the protections owed to you as a Talmorux CA user remain at least equivalent to those in force on the date of transfer.
